Exchange Only Policy

Thank you for choosing Lex and Relle wreaths for your handmade product purchase. Please review our exchange policy below:

1. Exchange Only: We do not offer refunds on any of our handmade products. We offer exchanges only in the case of a defective or damaged item.
2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at: lexandrellewreaths@outlook.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for the exchange processs.
3. One-of-a-Kind Nature: Each handmade item is unique and cannot be replicated exactly. Therefore, exchanges will be for a similar item or a store credit of equivalent value, subject to availability.
4. Conditions of Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the item to us for exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item back to you.
